A native of Richmond, Virginia, I am currently studying to be an herbalist, focusing on indigenous herbs or plants that have become naturalized to our region. My hope is to teach people in my community to take ownership of their own health and wellness on a deeply holistic level – not only encouraging integral health in the individual, but in their community and environment as well.
If you’re interested, I also write and maintain HomeBecoming, a blog about life, family, food, parenting, and whatever else I’m excited about at the moment.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hi,
I am trying to find out if Solomon seal teas contain caffeine. The brand I am drinking is from Dong Suh (Korean brand), and is a mix of brown rice and solomon seal.

Hi! If those are the only ingredients, then it does not contain caffeine. If the tea blend also contains tea leaves, then it probably does have caffeine, but if it’s only solomon seal and brown rice, neither of those naturally contain caffeine.
